Harper May is partnering with a property development business that is seeking a Finance Director to lead its finance function and support the delivery of its long-term growth strategy. The Role
As Finance Director, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape the financial direction of the business, supporting both strategic planning and project delivery. Key Responsibilities

- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience operating at Finance Director level within property development, real estate, or a project-led environment

- Strong understanding of funding structures and financial risk within development environments
