Job Description

We are excited to announce a vacancy for a Junior IT Support Analyst at our Glasgow office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2 years of experience in IT support who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a valued member of our growing IT team, you will provide both operational and technical support to approximately 500 users across all our office locations. Your responsibilities will include managing service requests, investigating and resolving incidents, and escalating issues when appropriate. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will play a key role in keeping colleagues informed about the progress of their issues by working closely with third-party suppliers and other members of the IT team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to operate at the highest appropriate level and gain exposure to a broad range of IT infrastructure and services.

Hours

This position is fully office based, with future opportunities to work from home.

35 Hours per Week across 3 Shift patterns:

·        8am – 4pm

·        9am – 5pm

·        10am – 6pm

Occasional out-of-hours and weekend work may also be required.

 

Essential Skills

·        Technical: 1–2 years in IT support, strong Microsoft environment skills, familiarity with incident recording and diagnostics

·        Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities; professional and approachable manner

·        Work Ethic: Proactive, eager to learn, team-oriented, and able to work independently

 

Desirable Skills

·        Experience in the legal sector

·        Familiarity with: Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Elite 3e, Worksite
