As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Learning specialist to join our growing Learning and Development team. You’ll work closely with our Learning & Development Manager and wider HR team, supporting our people across Scotland.

The Role

  • Support the implementation of the Learning and Development Strategy across all locations, including building competency based, personal, digital and technical skill sets.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design and deliver learning solutions.
  • Support both Client Advisory and Business Services colleagues in their development.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive learning culture that values growth, collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement early career initiatives and other interventions to foster growth and development across HM.
  • Deliver and evolve an engaging induction and onboarding experience to all new joiners.
  • Support the management, design and delivery of compliance-based learning.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and translate findings into actionable interventions.
  • Support wider initiatives such as apprenticeships, talent development and career pathways.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in delivering impactful learning in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong facilitation skills, both in person and virtually, with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • A creative, proactive approach with a genuine passion for helping others develop.
  • CIPD level 5 qualified (or working towards), or alternate qualifications / experience.
