Our Banking & Finance team, one of the largest and most prominent in Scotland, acts for high street banks, specialist and leading lenders, investors and businesses of all sizes in Scotland and internationally. You will gain experience across a broad range of transactions, including real estate finance, agricultural lending and fast-paced bridging deals, as well as larger cross-border financings involving multiple lenders and jurisdictions. One day you could be helping a property investor secure funding for an acquisition or development, and the next supporting a rural business or working with major lenders on a complex international deal. With a mix of time-critical transactions and long-term client relationships, you will work closely with colleagues and clients while gaining exposure to the financial decisions that shape businesses, property projects and investments across Scotland and beyond.
