What does the ideal candidate look like?
This opportunity is suited to a senior commercial technology solicitor with wide ranging commercial technology, digital media and IT experience from an in‑house or private practice background. If you like working with driven entrepreneurial businesses providing innovative and creative solutions in the field of Software, Hardware, Information Security, Privacy and Cyber, Fintech, AI and Machine Learning, IoT, Business Intelligence, Consumer Tech, Facilities Management, Digital Commerce, Mobile Apps and Gaming, Smart City technology, Advanced Manufacturing, Greentech, Cleantech, Blockchain, Healthcare and Biotech, we’re interested in you. Plain English commercial advice and strong negotiation and drafting skills are a must. As is a good handle on IP and data protection issues in technology contracts to work with our specialist business teams.
