Harper James is a growing, ambitious commercial law firm like no other. We are expanding our commercial team and have a number of exciting opportunities for senior commercial solicitors with 10+ years of experience to join us.

Remote working
We offer truly remote working with access to meeting spaces in various locations including Birmingham, Cambridge, London, Manchester, Oxford, Southampton, Cardiff, and Sheffield. We ensure our lawyers are part of the team, collaborating on client and internal projects while enjoying each other’s company. This setup allows flexibility for our team members.
What does the ideal candidate look like?
This opportunity is suited to lawyers with general commercial experience, particularly in:
- Goods and services agreements and terms of business
- Distribution agreements
- Agency agreements
- Introducer/referral agreements
- Terms for online sales of goods and/or services
- Website terms
- Software licences and EULAs
- Software development/support agreements
