We're partnering with a major international owner, developer and asset manager of industrial and logistics real estate to recruit a Group Business Development Manager. This is a unique opportunity to take on a high-profile, pan-European commercial role, working directly with senior leadership to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships and expand market presence across multiple countries.

This role is ideal for an experienced business development professional who thrives on identifying new opportunities, building long-term partnerships and influencing commercial strategy at an international level.

The Role

As Group Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key customers across Europe. You'll work closely with regional teams, senior stakeholders and industry partners to develop commercial strategies that support long-term growth. Alongside driving new business, you'll play a key role in managing strategic accounts, coordinating customer engagement initiatives and representing the business at major industry events throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across multiple European markets.

  • Build, manage and convert a high-value pipeline of prospective customers.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and regional teams to deliver commercial objectives.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM activity.

About You

We're looking for a commercially driven individual with a proven track record of winning new business and developing strategic client relationships within the industrial and logistics real estate sector. You'll likely have experience operating across multiple European markets and be comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers, negotiating complex opportunities and managing international customer relationships.

  • Proven business development experience within industrial & logistics real estate.
  • A strong understanding of the European logistics property market.
  • Demonstrable success in winning new business and developing strategic accounts.
  • An established network across occupiers, developers, brokers or investors.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Experience working across international or multi-country organisations is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
