Shifts include weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays with tiered shift premiums and overtime after 10.35 hours. Rates are £17.25 per hour (Mon-Fri), £19.25 (Sat) and £21.28 (Sun); overtime £20.80 per hour after 10.35 hours.
