37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3:30pm (including an unpaid 30 minute lunch break).

We are seeking to appoint an Intervention Assistant to work in our school Behaviour Centre. Our young people need a positive role model who will motivate them, believe in their abilities and help them to see their potential whilst building their resilience and self‑esteem. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience should you wish to further your career in student welfare and pastoral roles.
The role will primarily involve supporting students who are struggling to meet the standards expected of them in the main body of the school and who need a smaller, more bespoke learning experience and environment to positively influence them in developing the skills required to be successful when they return to lessons.
