Cover Supervisor
- Salary: Grade E SCP 11 to 17 (£24,071 to £26,534 per annum)
- Full‑time equivalent salary: £28,142 to £31,022 per annum
- Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8 am‑4 pm and Friday 8 am‑3:30 pm (including an unpaid 30‑minute lunch break)
- Contract: Permanent, term time plus 5 days
- Required for: September 2026
- Closing date: 9 am on Monday 15th June 2026
Responsibilities
- Supervise whole classes during the absence of the class teacher under the guidance of teaching/senior staff.
- Implement work programmes and assist students in relevant activities, in line with their needs and school policies and procedures.
- Undertake administrative duties, in‑class support, exam invigilation and school break and lunchtime duties.
Qualifications
- Appropriate degree or HLTA status.
- Significant school experience.
