We’re partnered with an award-winning, purpose-led beauty brand celebrating textured hair and natural beauty. Due to expansion, they’re seeking a commercially driven and creative Sales and Marketing Director to drive growth, e-commerce, and brand visibility.
The Role
- Lead marketing strategy and execution across brand, digital, and e-commerce channels, driving growth and customer engagement
- Own B2C sales performance, subscriptions, and e-commerce optimisation, while exploring new B2B channels and partnerships
- Analyse customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to optimise acquisition, retention, and conversion
- Develop creative campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Shopify, social, and experiential channels
- Collaborate with the CEO on commercial targets, KPIs, and strategic growth initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- Marketing leader with strong e-commerce and digital campaign experience
- Experience within hair, beauty, personal care, skincare, fashion or FMCG
- Skilled in driving B2C growth, opening new B2B channels, and managing subscription models
- Experienced in brand building, campaign execution, CRM, and customer acquisition
- Creative, proactive, resilient, commercially astute, and comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
- High visibility, board-level exposure, and opportunity to shape a purpose-led beauty brand
