We’re partnered with a globally recognised leader in advanced electronic solutions, supporting some of the most critical defence and industrial programmes worldwide. They are now looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager – UK & Ireland to spearhead growth across a high-value, strategically important market.

This is a high-impact, territory-owning position where you will take full responsibility for driving growth across the UK & Ireland defence-industrial space. You will be at the forefront of business development, engaging directly with OEMs, influencing key stakeholders, and winning new programmes. This role goes beyond traditional sales; it’s about shaping strategy, unlocking new opportunities, and positioning cutting-edge solutions at the heart of mission-critical applications.

With a strong mix of autonomy and support, you’ll have the platform to build relationships, close complex deals, and make a tangible impact on revenue growth.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven success in direct sales within the UK & Ireland market
  • Strong experience within the defence or defence-adjacent sector
  • Essential: technical expertise or experience in power, networking, or connectivity solutions
  • Track record of winning and managing complex, long-cycle sales
  • Confidence engaging with engineers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders
  • A driven, resilient mindset with a passion for hunting new business
  • Willingness to travel ~50% across the region
