We’re partnering with a confidential global technology and manufacturing company for the search for a Director of Operations to lead a complex and high-impact production environment—delivering smart technology solutions across digital and environmental monitoring.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building the smart cities of tomorrow, driving excellence across mechanical, electrical, and software-based production.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading end-to-end operations across mechanical, electrical, and software manufacturing
Managing a high-performing team across production, QA, and supply chain
Implementing lean methodologies and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Aligning engineering, design, and production for seamless delivery
Overseeing product testing, compliance, and stock control
Creating a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence
Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver strategic growth targets
What You’ll Bring:
Proven track record in operational leadership within a complex manufacturing environment
Experience across mechanical, electrical, and software product operations
Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing, QA systems, and process optimisation
Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset
A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Inspirational leadership with a hands-on, adaptable approach
