We’re partnered with an award-winning, purpose-led beauty brand celebrating textured hair and natural beauty. Due to expansion, they’re seeking a commercially driven and creative Sales and Marketing Director to drive growth, e-commerce, and brand visibility.
The Role
- Lead marketing strategy and execution across brand, digital, and e-commerce channels, driving growth and customer engagement.
- Own B2C sales performance, subscriptions, and e-commerce optimisation, while exploring new B2B channels and partnerships.
- Analyse customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to optimise acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Develop creative campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Shopify, social, and experiential channels.
- Collaborate with the CEO on commercial targets, KPIs, and strategic growth initiatives.
