An exciting opportunity to shape brands and drive commercial growth. We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Brand & Commercial Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This is a brand-new role offering the opportunity to work across both our Pet and Meat divisions, developing brands, supporting commercial teams and delivering marketing activity that makes a genuine difference to the business. About the Role
As part of our Group Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in developing our brands, supporting customer relationships and creating marketing that drives commercial success. From day one, you’ll take ownership of key marketing activity within our Pet division, including the delivery of major exhibitions such as Zoomark 2027, while working alongside our commercial team to support the future development of our Meat brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and strengthening our Pet and Meat brands.
- Creating engaging marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media.
- Producing customer presentations, sales materials and marketing collateral.
- Coordinating exhibitions, events and marketing projects.
- Creating engaging written, photographic and video content.
- Supporting websites, email marketing and customer communications.
- Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, farmers, chefs and industry partners.
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
