Harper Finley are recruiting on behalf of a long-established, highly successful beef farming business that forms part of a leading multinational agricultural group operating across the UK, Ireland and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Farm Machine Operator to join a modern, well-equipped farm where you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation.

- Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm, with a shared weekend rota

The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Operating tractors, telehandlers and other modern agricultural machinery
- Feeding livestock and handling feed, bedding and silage
- Loading, transporting and moving materials safely around the farm
- Field work, cultivation and seasonal operations as required
- Carrying out daily machinery checks and basic maintenance
- Supporting the wider farm team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and animal welfare
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience operating agricultural machinery on a livestock or mixed farm
- Confidence using tractors, telehandlers and other farm equipment
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
- Good mechanical awareness and pride in looking after machinery
- A strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to support the wider team
- A genuine interest in modern livestock farming
