Location: Derbyshire

Contract: Temporary (exp. 3 months)

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-5:30, Saturday 9:00-16:00

Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a motivated & enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a leading local, independent Estate Agent in Derbyshire.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising and maintaining excellent relationships with both Vendors & Prospective buyers
  • Booking valuations, arranging viewings & negotiating offers
  • Photographing properties & creating virtual tours, using Giraffe360
  • Progressing sales, updating both Vendors & Purchasers
  • Making solicitor & mortgage referrals
  • Working to deadlines

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within the property industry
  • Enthusiastic & polite individual with excellent organisational skills
  • Someone who enjoys working with the public and thrives in sales roles
  • I.T literate, with the ability to use CRM systems & photography equipment
  • Access to your own transport (mileage expensed)

Additional information – This role is a temporary contract with an immediate start, expected to last 3 months to cover a busy period. This role has the opportunity for commission in addition to the base salary.
