What will the role involve?
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels
- Generate leads and proactively develop new client opportunities
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings to understand hiring needs and present tailored solutions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to successful placement
- Write engaging job adverts and implement creative candidate attraction strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company database
