We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Property Specialist to support the management and marketing of our clients' residential property portfolio. This varied role involves property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs, as well as creating marketing content and conducting viewings. Key Responsibilities
- Property Inspections & Reporting β Carry out check-ins, check-outs, mid-term inspections, inventories, and schedules of condition. Produce detailed inspection and compliance reports. Ensure properties comply with health & safety, fire safety, gas safety, PAT testing, and HHSRS regulations.
- Marketing Content & Viewings β Create engaging property marketing content, including photography, videos, and floor plans. Conduct and manage property viewings, gathering and reporting applicant feedback.
