Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team to achieve successful letting of all instructions.
- Create successful tenancy setups with knowledge of all legal requirements.
- Maintain clear communication between landlords, tenants, and guarantors to ensure swift applications and build successful reports.
- Manage the property portfolio to ensure it is well maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations, which is paramount.
- Oversee, organize, and manage repairs and maintenance of managed properties.
- Process visits, check-out, and inventory reports for managed properties, and handle deposit disputes.
- Perform general administration and collaborate closely with the team.
- Conduct regular stock reviews of lettings properties and ensure smooth office operations.

- Experience in Lettings & Management is essential.
- Strong knowledge of property safety compliance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; you will be a primary contact for our Landlord clients.
