Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to achieve successful letting of all instructions.
  • Create successful tenancy setups with knowledge of all legal requirements.
  • Maintain clear communication between landlords, tenants, and guarantors to ensure swift applications and build successful reports.
  • Manage the property portfolio to ensure it is well maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations, which is paramount.
  • Oversee, organize, and manage repairs and maintenance of managed properties.
  • Process visits, check-out, and inventory reports for managed properties, and handle deposit disputes.
  • Perform general administration and collaborate closely with the team.
  • Conduct regular stock reviews of lettings properties and ensure smooth office operations.

  • Experience in Lettings & Management is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of property safety compliance.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills; you will be a primary contact for our Landlord clients.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
