Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with an established market leading law firm based in Birmingham. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide admin, financial and file management support across multiple legal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, financial and file management support to legal teams
- Act as first point of contact for client and internal queries
- Open and close files, manage compliance documentation and conflict checks
- Produce and manage documents, audio typing, reports and client data room materials
- Maintain accurate records within case and document management systems
- Support with billing, company expenses and cheques
- Liaise with lawyers, clients and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery

- Previous office-based administration experience (legal environment desirable)
