This Training Programme Administrator position puts you right at the heart of delivering client leadership training programmes. You’ll manage the logistics behind in-person programmes, making sure every detail is covered so clients, participants, and trainers enjoy a high-quality experience from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing administration and coordination for multiple global client training events (95% in person, 5% virtual)
  • Coordinating availability and booking 40 freelance trainers onto programmes
  • Setting up learners and registering participants on the learning platform
  • Using Monday.com and the LMS to manage projects, participant communications, including course details, pre-work instructions, and feedback forms
  • Sharing materials with stakeholders pre-, during, and post-programme
  • Formatting training content and organising printed and digital materials
  • Coordinating international travel with the booking agent and arranging visas and hotel accommodation
  • Providing accurate cost tracking of travel expenses
  • Uploading content, producing activity reports, and resolving minor technical issues

Additional information:

  • Location: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the Marylebone office
  • Salary: From £30,000, dependent on experience
  • Holiday: 30 days plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (variable)
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times
