You'll be supporting an approachable, personable senior leader who works at pace, so you'll enjoy staying one step ahead, anticipating what is needed and adapting quickly to changing priorities.

You'll also need to be comfortable with his friendly dog, who makes the occasional appearance in the office!

About the PA Role

As Personal Assistant to a senior leader, you'll become a trusted member of the team, providing the organisation, coordination and practical support needed to ensure priorities are managed effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a busy diary, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Triaging emails, drafting responses and handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
  • Preparing board packs, investor presentations, reports and briefing documents.
  • Coordinating board and leadership meetings and ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Maintaining operational trackers, documentation and reporting on key business initiatives.
  • Organising UK and global travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Coordinating internal events, conferences and external meetings.
  • Managing expenses and supporting wider business administration.
  • Occasionally accompanying the senior leader on UK and overseas business trips.

Qualifications

You'll have experience in an administration, project support, coordination or Personal Assistant role.

More importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being the person behind the scenes who keeps everything organised and makes things happen.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: Up to £35,000 plus a discretionary annual performance bonus of up to £5,800.
