This is a newly created EA role to support the COO of a rapidly growing technical company that is proud of its self-motivated team and positive culture.

As the Executive Assistant to this calm, brilliant, and busy COO, you will be his trusted colleague and will manage his diary, inbox, arrange travel, and organise company training events and team building get-togethers.

As the EA, you will handle confidential information discreetly and be part of management meetings, including preparing agendas, documentation, and following up on action points. From time to time, you will ensure employees' birthdays and company milestones are acknowledged on behalf of the COO.

This is all inside a company that’s small enough to move fast and big enough to matter. As the company expands, this Executive Assistant role is likely to evolve and offers great opportunities for onward progression. This is an office-based position, Monday to Friday with free car parking.
