The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 £ per year.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll become a trusted and valued part of the business, helping to manage priorities, coordinate projects and ensure important actions keep moving forward.
You’ll have exposure to senior-level decision-making, business projects, team initiatives and the day-to-day operations of a growing company. This is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, with free onsite parking.
- Manage diaries, inboxes, meetings and international travel arrangements
- Support a range of company projects and business initiatives
- Help improve operational processes as the company continues to grow
- Identify potential blockers and help ensure actions and projects stay on track
- Help evaluate and implement new systems and digital tools
This role would suit an organised and proactive EA, PA, Project Coordinator or business support professional who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to make a genuine contribution to a growing business.
You’ll need to be comfortable being predominantly office-based, happy to share the office with a friendly dog and willing to complete a background check at offer stage. Rather than simply managing someone else’s diary, you’ll be encouraged to take ownership, improve processes, coordinate projects and find better ways of getting things done.
