We’ve worked with this independent, successful fire and security business for several years. They’re proud of their long-standing customer base, with some client partnerships lasting over 20+ years, and they’re now looking for a new team member to join their successful and experienced sales team.

  • You come from an engineering solutions background and enjoy working closely with clients.
  • You’re looking for a field-based position, with time split between client visits, working from home, and occasional office time.
  • You want ownership over your pipeline and have success using a range of business development methods.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Growing and maintaining service and system contracts, with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
  • Spotting opportunities to upgrade systems and enhance contracts within the current portfolio.
  • Talking to clients about CCTV, intruder alarms, fire alarms, access control systems, and tailored service packages.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Working alongside technical teams to deliver bespoke fire and security solutions.
  • Visiting sites, meeting facilities professionals, architects, contractors, preparing quotes, and collaborating with engineers and account managers.
  • Managing your own diary and workload, with full support from the wider team.

What’s in it for you:

  • A competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission.
  • Guaranteed £500 commission for your first six months.
  • Company car, laptop, and mobile phone.
