You will be offering one-to-one support to a personable and engaging leader who is known for his humour, positive energy and approachable manner. In this role, you will be right at the centre of the action, helping him stay focused, organised and prepared as the business continues to grow. What you will need:

  • Proven PA/EA experience supporting a senior leader in a professional services environment such as legal, accounting, finance or consultancy
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • High competency in Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to improve processes and create efficiencies

Your day-to-day:

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Acting as confidential and trusted adviser: prioritising, problem-solving and flagging what matters
  • Client billing and document control
  • Preparing briefing packs, agendas and presentations
  • Minute-taking at Board level
  • UK and some European travel arrangements
  • Project involvement and stakeholder liaison
  • Ad-hoc support to the senior leadership team
