This growing leadership consultancy has created a new Client Delivery Lead role to take ownership of global leadership programmes and shape delivery as the business scales.
The Role
As Client Delivery Lead, you'll manage end-to-end L&D programme delivery for global clients, leading a team of 3 and a network of 40 facilitators. The Client Delivery Lead ensures programmes run smoothly, on time, and exceed expectations. You will:
- Scope and deliver projects from brief to completion
- Oversee global in-person and virtual learning and development programmes
- Manage timelines, logistics, and LMS activity
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Lead, coach, and develop your team
- Improve operational systems and processes
- Support strategy and track commercial performance
About You
You're a calm, solutions-focused Client Delivery Lead who thrives in complexity. You balance operational excellence with strong people skills and can influence at senior level. You'll bring:
- L&D delivery experience across multiple locations
- Team leadership and associate network management
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness
- Experience in a scaling SME (desirable)
