We\’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who thrives in this environment. You\’re someone who gets things moving, but you’re not the type to prioritise speed over substance.

Your background will be in professional services such as legal, accountancy, consultancy or pharma.

The role

You’ll work alongside deeply knowledgeable people who care intensely about precision, quality and impact. Your ability to influence, collaborate and build consensus will be essential. You’ll be the translator between business complexity and clear, compelling communication.

As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll shape how this firm tells its story:

• Lead a small marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns across all channels, including PR, digital, social and sponsorship
• Oversee internal communications and manage the Internal Communications Executive
• Ensure brand integrity, maintaining consistency while allowing specialists to showcase their authority
• Create compelling content including publications, campaigns and digital assets that reflects the depth of expertise behind them
• Manage relationships with external agencies (PR, digital, design) and systems partners
• Drive the website and digital strategy with a focus on SEO and lead generation, supported by a specialist agency and in‑house executive
• Embed the CRM system as a tool for identifying opportunities and supporting intelligent business development

Who you are

You’ve spent a significant amount of time in professional services marketing. You know how to deliver campaigns and how to work effectively with subject matter experts. You have:

• Genuine stakeholder management skills: you can influence, build consensus and navigate competing priorities
• Campaign experience that demonstrates your ability to develop and deliver integrated, cross‑channel marketing
• Line management experience and a strong ability to lead and develop a talented marketing team
• Experience managing external agencies
• Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple streams of work, reprioritise intelligently and keep things moving
• Hybrid working pattern: three days from home, two days in the office
