The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is a newly created role with a learning and development consultancy with a clear purpose: helping organisations build high-performing cultures, grow better leaders, and tackle the challenges that really matter. As Client Delivery Lead, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of leadership development programmes for global clients. You'll lead a team of three and work with a network of around 40 talented coaches and facilitators, making sure every programme is well-designed, well-run, and exceeds client expectations.

  • Scoping projects from client briefs and steering them through every delivery phase
  • Overseeing global face-to-face programmes and online coaching sessions across sectors, time zones, and cultures
  • Building strong relationships with clients, facilitators, and senior stakeholders within the business
  • Coaching and developing your team, giving them clarity, support, and room to grow
  • Contributing to strategic planning alongside the MD and leadership team
  • Keeping a close eye on commercial performance, overseeing resource utilisation, margins, and efficiency

You won't just be maintaining the status quo, you'll be shaping how delivery looks as the business scales. You're as comfortable presenting to a senior client as you are rolling up your sleeves to help sort out a logistical challenge.

  • A track record of leading operational teams and managing external associate networks

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how delivery connects to business performance
