Field Sales Engineer– Fire & Security Systems

£33,000 – £58,000 + Uncapped Commission | Field/Home Based | Company Car

This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales job. It’s about consultative selling, understanding what your clients need, and creating tailored fire and security solutions that really work.

  • Building and growing long-term service and system contracts with commercial clients.
  • Advising on upgrades and system improvements – CCTV, fire alarms, intruder systems, access control and more.
  • Working closely with engineers and account managers to ensure solutions are delivered smoothly.
  • Managing your own diary – whether you’re on the road, working from home, or dropping into the office.

Experience in field sales – ideally within fire & security or technical B2B environments.

Commercial awareness and the confidence to develop your own patch.

A full UK driving licence.

£33,000 – £58,000 basic depending on experience, plus uncapped monthly commission.
