This isn't another corporate machine with endless processes and distant decision-makers. It's a business where 20+ year client relationships are the norm, where your experience drives real solutions, and where your success isn't lost in a sea of targets and territories.

This established, independent fire and security specialist covering the A3 corridor is expanding their team and seeking an experienced professional who understands the value of genuine client partnerships over quick wins.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Account Development - Growing long-term service and maintenance contracts with new commercial clients who value expertise over sales pitches
  • Business Development - Identifying expansion opportunities within your territory and through site assessments
  • Solution Delivery - Collaborating with experienced engineers and the directors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Territory Management - Full autonomy over your schedule, whether visiting sites, working remotely, or using the office as your base

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in fire & security - you understand the sector's challenges and opportunities
  • Consultative approach - you prefer understanding client operations to delivering generic presentations
  • Commercial acumen - confident in developing and managing your own territory
  • Full UK driving licence for client site visits across the A3 area

The Package:

  • £33,000 - £40,000 basic salary reflecting your experience level

  • £500 guaranteed monthly commission for your first six months while you establish your territory
  • Company car, mobile, laptop
  • 34 days holiday including bank holidays and health cash plan
  • Direct impact and recognition in a business where individual contributions matter
