The role

• Lead, manage, and optimise the ERP system across the UK and global offices
• Design and deliver training programmes for all departments including face‑to‑face, via Teams, and through video courses
• Manage ERP testing for upgrades, improvements, and bug fixes, reviewing system release notes thoroughly
• Oversee system upgrades, performance testing, and change management
• Drive process improvements across trading, WMS, and sales orders
• Support implementation of 3rd‑party solutions
• Manage ERP support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure ISO compliance and audit readiness
• Coordinate ERP enhancement projects from planning to implementation

Who you are

• Proven experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Intact, BisTrack, or Kipboard
• Experienced in ERP for distribution, wholesale, supply chain, or inventory
• Confident in delivering training and troubleshooting issues
• Skilled at translating technical concepts for non‑technical users
• Experienced in change management and project coordination
• Comfortable with very occasional UK and international travel
