Sales & Account Manager – Fire & Security Solutions
M3 / M4 Corridor | Field-Based | OTE £50k+

The Package
- £35,000 base salary + OTE £50k+
- Guaranteed commission for first 6 months
- Company car or allowance

The Role
- Grow service & maintenance contracts within an existing client base
- Identify and convert upgrade and cross-sell opportunities
- Work closely with engineers on site visits to build tailored solutions
- Manage inbound enquiries and develop long-term account value
What you’ll need
- Background in fire & security (or similar: HVAC, lifts, engineering services)
- Experience in sales or account management
- Strong relationship-building skills and commercial mindset
- Confident, proactive approach to developing opportunities
Location
Field-based across the M3 / M4 corridor. Ideally you'll be based in Andover, Basingstoke, Winchester or Guildford areas.
