Sales & Account Manager – Fire & Security Solutions

M3 / M4 Corridor | Field-Based | OTE £50k+

The Package

  • £35,000 base salary + OTE £50k+
  • Guaranteed commission for first 6 months
  • Company car or allowance
  • 25 days holiday + birthday off (rising with service)

The Role

  • Grow service & maintenance contracts within an existing client base
  • Identify and convert upgrade and cross-sell opportunities
  • Work closely with engineers on site visits to build tailored solutions
  • Manage inbound enquiries and develop long-term account value

What you’ll need

  • Background in fire & security (or similar: HVAC, lifts, engineering services)
  • Experience in sales or account management
  • Strong relationship-building skills and commercial mindset
  • Confident, proactive approach to developing opportunities

Location

Field-based across the M3 / M4 corridor. Ideally you'll be based in Andover, Basingstoke, Winchester or Guildford areas.
