Overview
We’re looking for a hard-working, reliable Kitchen Porter to join our friendly team at Botleys Mansion, one of Harper Weddings’ stunning country house venues.
As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll support our chefs and front-of-house team by ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised, and fully equipped throughout service.
What you’ll do
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Operate dishwashing machines and manage pot-wash effectively
- Support chefs with basic food prep when needed
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are always maintained
