Are you passionate about driving transformation and operational excellence? This newly created role offers the chance to shape and deliver a continuous improvement strategy from day one. You’ll join a global business on a strong growth trajectory, taking the lead in embedding Lean principles, empowering teams, and delivering measurable performance improvements. If you’re ready to make a genuine impact, this is the opportunity to do it. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: * Leading the implementation and deployment of site-wide CI and performance improvement initiatives. * Facilitating and coordinating improvement teams focused on Kaizen, 5S+S, and Autonomous Maintenance. * Driving major improvement projects and quick wins with tangible business results. * Supporting leadership in KPI development, loss measurement, and performance tracking. * Promoting best practice across sites and functions within the CI community. * Acting as a coach, facilitator, and trainer for Lean and CI tools and methodologies. * Analysing performance data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost savings. * Leading high-impact projects in areas such as productivity, quality, sustainability, and CO₂ reduction. * Building CI capability through structured training, coaching, and competency development. * Sharing learning and success stories to accelerate improvement across the wider organisation. What’s Required? * Proven experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence within a manufacturing or process-led environment. * Green Belt certification (minimum) with progression towards Black Belt or equivalent. * Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles such as Kaizen, DMAIC, SMED, 5S, and Autonomous Maintenance. * Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Confident in using data and digital tools for performance tracking and decision-making. * Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and coach across all organisational levels. * Pragmatic, proactive, and structured with a passion for continuous improvement. * Fluent in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
