This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team at the Vet School, contributing to the ongoing enhancement and continuous improvement of business operations during a maternity cover period. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of a cohesive and high-quality administrative service across a split-site office, working as part of a collaborative and supportive team within the Vet School. This role offers an opportunity to be actively involved in the continued development and improvement of business operations, supporting a wide range of administrative functions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with colleagues to support student recruitment and outreach activity, including event coordination and staffing;
  • Assisting with financial processes such as payroll administration, contracts, and procurement systems;
  • Providing effective diary management support to the senior leadership team.

The role requires excellent organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with colleagues and external stakeholders across both campuses. A high level of accuracy, strong IT skills, and a proactive, flexible approach are essential. Previous customer service experience would be advantageous.

The role will be based primarily at Harper Adams University but will require occasional travel between Keele and Harper Adams campuses.
