Partnership Awards Administrator (part time 30 hours per week, up to 14 months in duration)
Conference & Short Courses
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across a portfolio of partnership award (PA) course areas provided in collaboration with external organisations and liaise with academic and professional service colleagues across the University. You will be required to manage external stakeholders and external delivery partners involved across the range of PA teaching and learning initiatives.
Key qualifications, skills and experience required:
- Experience in administration and customer service.
- A good standard of education, including Maths and English.
- Experience in data protection, knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information.
- Ability to communicate accurately and effectively in writing and orally with external colleagues and staff.
- Excellent IT skills, including experience in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and large multi-user databases or student record systems for assessment records.
- High-level organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task, with precise attention to detail. Ability to work independently with confidence.
- Highly motivated with positive interaction skills at all levels. Flexible work attitude to meet job demands and a team-oriented approach.
- Exceptional customer care and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels.
This is a part-time, fixed-term position up to 14 months, 30 hours per week. Ideally, hours are spread across a 5-day week (Monday – Friday), but flexible hours will be considered.
