Role Overview
The Registry Services Officer (School of Coding) is a new role directly related to the University’s new partnership with the School of Coding and AI. It is responsible for all Registry Services processes linked to School of Coding students, ensuring accurate, compliant student records.
Responsibilities
- Manage sensitive data, undertake compliance checks, and ensure accurate recording of enrolment, module, assessment, and award information in the Student Record System (SITS) and School of Coding & AI systems.
- Work autonomously across multiple teams, building effective relationships with colleagues across the University and the School of Coding.
- Ensure records meet internal and external statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience developing strong working relationships with a variety of colleagues and working across teams and functions.
- Highly motivated with excellent organisational skills and exceptional eye for detail.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality and professional service to students and staff.
Location
Primarily based in Egmond, Shropshire, with a regular presence required at the School of Coding Campus in Birmingham.
