This is a Marketing & Technical Specialist opportunity focused on identifying market opportunities, driving environmental and financial value, and supporting the rollout of cutting-edge crop protection technologies. You will combine strategic marketing insight with hands-on technical expertise to shape go-to-market strategies, gather and analyse field data, and deliver customer value stories. You’ll also upskill internal teams, engage with customers, and demonstrate the latest drone technologies in real-world conditions.
Responsibilities
- Marketing: identify and quantify market opportunities in UK cropping; source field data and customer value stories for marketing; verify the most appropriate route to market; manage go-to-market activities; analyse yield impact data for marketing phases.
- Environment: quantify environmental and financial benefits; source environmental and financial customer feedback for marketing; upskill the TAG team by embedding knowledge of crop protection methods to support system rollout; work with the business team to engage existing customer bases and grow sales of new services and existing products.
- Technical: use of Cultiwise in UK conditions; confirm the best drone fit; understand CAA regulations and insurance for flight permissions; achieve required drone flying qualifications; demonstrate proficiency and conduct live demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Degree at 2.1 or above in Agronomy, Engineering or a related subject.
