Harper Adams University is seeking a Research Associate to develop immersive VR-based inspection systems that merge live and historical data to enhance operator awareness and decision making. You will help create AI-assisted interpretation tools, integrate inspection sensors with robotic manipulators, and advance research demonstrators toward deployment-ready systems for nuclear environments.
You will work under Prof Gordon Dobie and Prof Gareth Pierce, with Dr William Jackson providing support.
