We are seeking a motivated and supportive Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer to join our Apprenticeship Team on a permanent, part-time basis (0.60 FTE). This role sits within the Apprenticeships Team and works collaboratively with Apprenticeship Course Managers and academic tutors who deliver degree apprenticeship programmes across the University.

You will manage a caseload of apprentices, working closely with both learners and their employers across England, supporting successful progression throughout the apprenticeship journey in line with current funding and regulatory requirements. Following an initial training period on campus, you will benefit from a flexible working approach, with occasional on-campus attendance required for meetings and team collaboration.

  • Knowledge or experience of apprenticeship standards

  • A collaborative approach and experience of building positive relationships with stakeholders such as academics, employers, and support teams
