We are looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents while the rest of the world sleeps.

  • Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
  • Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
  • Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements.
  • Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
  • Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.
  • What you need
  • Be a compassionate and caring person.
  • Be a true team player.
  • Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – This is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
