Are you a compassionate, hard-working and reliable person who finds purpose in supporting others? We are looking for a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents while the rest of the world sleeps.

At Oakland Care our teams tell us to offer good quality care you must be willing to look after your resident’s physical, psychological and social needs, and help with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
- Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
- Carrying out regular checks and responding to any night-time requirements.
- Keeping accurate records and communicating effectively.
- Maintaining a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.
Qualifications

- Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
