We're looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to lead our brilliant team and ensure the smooth running of our growing private medical clinic.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating the clinic
  • Helping develop a supportive and high-performing team
  • Driving standards by ensuring compliance, clinical governance and outstanding patient care
  • Playing a key role in shaping and growing the clinic
  • Coordinating the multidisciplinary team, while supporting clinicians, and ensuring that clinic protocols, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements are consistently maintained

You must:

  • Offer a warm and professional approach
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have good CQC knowledge and experience
  • Have strong administrative and organisational skills
