Harpenden Medical is a premium, private healthcare clinic for those patients who want faster, more personalised medical care alongside proactive health screening, lifestyle medicine and wellness treatments.

We're looking for an exceptional Practice Manager to lead our brilliant team and ensure the smooth running of our growing private medical clinic.

You will be responsible for:

• leading and motivating the clinic
• helping develop a supportive and high-performing team
• drive standards by ensuring compliance, clinical governance and outstanding patient care
• play a key role in shaping and growing the clinic
• coordinating the multidisciplinary team, while supporting clinicians, and ensuring that clinic protocols, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements are consistently maintained

You must:

• offer a warm and professional approach
• have excellent attention to detail
• have good CQC knowledge and experience
• have strong administrative and organisational skills
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff, and corporate partners
