Harpar Grace is going through an ambitious growth phase, onboarding a curated selection of premium brands. This is a fixed-term contract role created to support the launch and go-to-market execution of new brands in the UK. You will work closely with our Head of New Brand & Partnerships and across our sales, education and marketing teams to ensure brands are brought to market with the right assets, messaging and commercial positioning across B2B and B2C channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for skincare and premium beauty who wants hands-on experience launching premium brands from the ground up in a new market. The role will also support the gathering of market and competitive insights to ensure new brands are positioned effectively within the UK premium beauty landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Market & Competitive Insights
- Support research into the UK beauty and skincare market to inform the launch and positioning of new brands.
- Analyse competitor positioning, pricing architecture and product assortment across key UK trade partners and retailers.
- Support the preparation of market overview slides and competitor analysis for brand presentations and retailer pitch decks.
- Project Coordination
- Track asset production and approval status across all workstreams, maintaining a clear and up-to-date project tracker.
- Liaise with internal and brand marketing teams to manage asset requests, timelines and signoffs.
- Assist in compiling post-launch feedback from retailers and internal teams to support ongoing brand development and optimisation.
- Support the coordination of any launch events, including any trade, KOL or influencer activities.
- Trade Marketing & Go-to-Market Support
- Support the development of the UK marketing toolkit; including pitch decks, price lists, product overviews, email templates, POS and partner assets (including both print and digital).
- Contribute to the UK messaging matrix, support the adaptation of brand narratives for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Support the trade sales, D2C and etail/retail teams with relevant marketing materials for account outreach and onboarding.
- Assist in coordinating the sample strategy and tracking feedback from relevant accounts.
- Support the review of competitor trade marketing activity and identify opportunities for differentiation within the UK market.
- Content & Digital Assets
- Compile and maintain a complete digital asset library including product shots, texture shots, model images, application videos and infographics.
- Identify content gaps and work with the brand to source or brief additional assets as required.
- Support the development of social media templates, newsletter templates and partner launch assets.
- Support the creation of event toolkits for partners.
- Maintain a reference library of competitor campaigns, launch activity and retail merchandising examples to support brand positioning and internal planning.
- Asset Management & Localisation
- Manage the Brand Asset Bank - organising, filing and maintaining all supplied and localised assets across B2B, B2C and Education categories.
- Review assets supplied by the brands and identify what needs localising for the UK market, including any asset gaps or additional materials required for UK retail and digital channels.
- Brief assets to design teams and manage the feedback and approval process.
- Review assets and manage asset sign-off and process, including compliance-checks, before distribution.
- Essential
- Experience in a marketing role within beauty, skincare or wellness - agency or brand side.
- A strong passion and understanding of the UK premium beauty market - including the different retail and trade channels.
- Solid grasp of B2B and B2C marketing requirements and how they differ.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - comfortable managing multiple workstreams and asset trackers simultaneously.
- A confident communicator who can liaise professionally with brand partners and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working at pace whilst meeting deadlines in an evolving environment where not everything is defined yet.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather, organise and summarise market and competitor insights.

- Knowledge of the different skincare categories, including tools and suncare.
- Experience working with or briefing in-house or external design teams.
- Familiarity with asset management systems, naming conventions, version control and filing systems.
- Experience supporting a brand launch or new market entry.
