Reporting into the Head of Brand Operations, this freelance role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of digital and brand marketing activity across the Harpar Grace International portfolio. The role will support the creation and delivery of CRM campaigns, social media content, digital campaign deployment, content creation and asset management across multiple premium beauty, wellness and aesthetics brands. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the successful candidate will help ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with brand guidelines.

KEY PROJECTS & DELIVERABLES- CRM MARKETING SUPPORT
- Creation and deployment of weekly consumer email campaigns across the HGI portfolio.
- Assist with email briefing, content population, proofing and scheduling.
- Coordinate campaign assets and copy with relevant stakeholders.
- Support the planning and creation of campaign flows.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and optimisation recommendations.
- SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTION
- Support the creation and scheduling of organic social media content across multiple brands.
- Own and execute TikTok strategy, content creation and channel management.
- Assist with monthly content planning and social calendar management.
- Create static and video content using Canva and platform‑native editing tools.
- Capture, edit and repurpose short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and emerging social platforms.
- Identify relevant trends, content opportunities and competitor activity.
- DIGITAL CAMPAIGN DEPLOYMENT
- Assist with the rollout of consumer and trade marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Coordinate campaign assets across CRM, website, social media and paid advertising platforms.
- Ensure all campaign activity is implemented in line with agreed timelines.
- Support the deployment of promotional activity, product launches, gift‑with‑purchase initiatives and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with campaign QA and post‑launch checks.
- CONTENT & ASSET MANAGEMENT
- Maintain and organise global and local marketing assets across all brands.
- Coordinate asset requests with internal teams and global brand partners.
- Create marketing assets using Canva in line with brand guidelines.
- Support the creation of presentations, toolkits and marketing collateral as required.
- Maintain campaign trackers, content calendars and asset request registers.
- GENERAL SUPPORT
- Manage the shared Marketing inbox and coordinate incoming marketing requests.
- Attend weekly planning meetings and provide progress updates.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies as required.
- Support product launches, events, masterclasses and campaign activations as required.
- Support ad hoc marketing projects across the wider HGI portfolio.
- Maintain a proactive and organised approach to managing multiple priorities.
- CRM campaigns delivered accurately and on schedule generating revenue for the brands.
- Social media content consistently planned, created and published.
- TikTok activity established and maintained across relevant brands.
- Digital campaigns deployed effectively across relevant channels.
- Brand assets and documentation maintained to a high standard.
- Reporting delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail demonstrated across all projects.
- Weekly planning meeting with Head of Brand.
- Weekly status updates against agreed deliverables.
- Proactive communication regarding workload, risks or delays.
- Timely response to feedback and requested amendments.
- 1–2 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media.
- Experience within beauty, wellness, lifestyle or retail brands preferred.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Confident using Canva and social media platforms.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify and Meta Business Manager.
- Experience creating short‑form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Comfortable using AI‑powered tools to support content creation and marketing efficiencies.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation.
