Harpar Grace International is looking for an ambitious, creative and highly organised executive to support the Brands Lead in driving the growth and positioning of our premium skincare and cosmetic brands — iS Clinical, RevitaLash, Totally Derma and Déesse PRO — across trade & consumer channels. This role is heavily focused on creative marketing execution, campaign co‑ordination and brand deployment, with a strong emphasis on design creation across digital and print platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing marketing assets, supporting campaign launches and ensuring all brand communications are visually engaging, commercially effective and aligned with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a background in brand marketing and content creation, be highly proficient in Canva and Adobe InDesign, and thrive within a fast‑paced environment.

MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the Marketing inbox
  • Consumer & Trade Campaign Co‑ordination
  • Brand guardianship, ensuring brand guidelines are upheld across all marketing activity including press releases, artwork, print and digital media, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity
  • Support the creation and adaptation of marketing assets across digital, social, email and print platforms using Canva, Adobe InDesign and AI
  • Maintain all marketing assets to support key campaigns
  • Maintain all marketing collateral and pitch presentations for all channels
  • Design and develop creative assets for consumer and trade email campaigns and oversee deployment in line with brand plan
  • Support in creating social content across all brands, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand tone of voice
  • Support PR sample send outs, stock replenishment, sourcing of required assets & content as required in association with PR teams
  • Ensure all activations for brands are live on e‑comm platforms as per brand plan
  • Keep the asset request register up to date for all brands & liaise with teams to ensure all assets are planned and created in timely manner
  • Support in the deployment of new brands within the portfolio across trade & consumer channels
  • Oversee brand deployment plans across trade & consumer activity, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Support in the development of social grids for each brand according to brand plan & opportunities
  • Prepare creative briefs for designers/stakeholders as guided
  • Global asset management
  • Ensure cover of all social inboxes across the team
  • Maintain all marketing assets to support key campaigns
  • Maintain all marketing collateral and pitch presentations for all channels
  • Oversee the print of all marketing materials
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on brand performance and activation ROI as required
  • Oversee all GWP development & execution
  • Working closely with the Head of Brand Operations & Events team, organise and oversee successful product launches and brand events
  • Support the wider marketing team with creative campaign execution across retail, spa, clinic and e‑commerce channels
  • Assist with ongoing creative development and evolution of marketing materials across the portfolio
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE?
  • A marketing background within the beauty, luxury or lifestyle industry
  • Strong design capability with experience creating marketing assets across digital, social, email and print
  • Advanced knowledge of Canva and Adobe InDesign
  • Experience using Klaviyo, Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms
  • A strong eye for detail, layout and visual storytelling
  • A can‑do attitude with a hands‑on approach
  • Driven to go the extra mile & exceed expectations
  • 2 years or more in trade / consumer communications and campaign execution experience
  • Excellent organisation, multi‑tasking, problem‑solving & co‑ordination skills
  • Competent IT user
  • Excellent communicator & energetic, self‑motivated creative thinker
  • Confident in a busy, fast‑paced environment and able to remain calm under pressure
  • Responsive & adaptive to changing workloads, timelines & outputs required due to the fast‑moving pace of the industry & company
