About the Role

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them maintain dignity, independence, and wellbeing. This role involves supporting service users with daily living activities while promoting person-centred care at all times. We are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants who have experience supporting individuals living with dementia or are willing to complete Dementia Awareness training through our Care Academy.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, or Support Worker
  • Mandatory Training Certificate
  • Dementia Awareness Certificate (or willingness to complete training)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and professional approach to care
  • Reliable and flexible attitude towards shift work
